The Role


Gulf Marketing Research is one of the oldest research companies in the Gulf Region and provides vital market inputs to associated group and external companies across a range of marketing and business issues.We are currently looking for Bilingual (English/Arabic) Call Centre Agents to support the existing Call Centre team to deliver excellent quality call handling for clients.
You will be expected to handle all calls - both inbound and outbound - in a courteous, friendly and professional manner
You will be targeted on your average call handling time, your call quality and your accuracy of data capturing.

To apply for this role you must have the following skills and experience:

Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English
Computer knowledge and be able to use both Word and Excel
Flexibility to working rotational shifts (Morning or Evening) on regular days or on special occasions or on holidays.
Good Typing speed
Excellent Customer service focus
Ability to work within a team
Capability to work under pressure
Ability to demonstrate a positive, enthusiastic and friendly attitude
It is preferable that you are educated to degree level and it is essential that you do not have any disabilities which would stop you from being able to use a headset.
