Job description / Role
Must be competent in all Arabic food preparation usually common in Middle East, Egypt, Syria, Lebanon, etc, including appetizers like Moujanat (hot and cold).
Experience in cold kitchen preparations of salads and knowledge of Arabic sweets and etc. During Ramadan fasting period has to know special food preparations, like Soups, Arabic appetizers, and special main courses.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in Hotels; organizing banqueting and Industrial catering etc.
- English knowledge preferable,knowledge of menu planing and costing etc.
- Must have knowledge of maintaining cleaning schedules and the understanding Food Safety.
