Job description / Role
Our client an oil & gas company are looking for a highly experienced Arabic Executive Assistant to help support the CEO
Salary 18-25,000 AED
Duties:
- Diary Management for the CEO
- CEO travels frequently so there will be lots of arranging
- Booking flights, hotels, travel
- Preparing agendas
- Sitting in on meetings taking minutes in meetings
- Typing correspondence responding to emails
- Preparing documents and presentations
- Liaising with departments as requested
- The candidate must be flexible and able to work in busy business environment
- Translation Arabic in to English
Requirements
- Arabic required with excellent English,
- Min 5 years experience
- oil & gas industry background essential
- Flexible on working hours
- Well presented, professional Ideally client wants some well presented and groomed
- Good English Grammar and communication
- UAE experience advantageous but not essential but professional service industry experience
- Bachelors degree
