Job description / Role
We are looking for a long term permanent EA to support the Chief Executive Officer.
salary 12-22,000 AED (dep experience)
This role requires a EA who is a self-starter and who can interact regularly with senior staff in the organization and the CEOs external contacts. You must be capable of managing your own time effectively and interacting at the highest levels of the company and keeping the CEO updated on issues arising in his absence. The position is based in Abu Dhabi and flexibility regarding out of hours working is required as and when necessary due to the nature of the role. The role requires discretion and confidentiality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Admin support to the Chairman and Executive Team.
- Calendar management and managing the CEOs time by ensuring regular updates.
- Screening, responding to and redirecting mail/calls, as appropriate.
- Organizing and preparing meetings and material for presentations.
- Attend executive meetings, minute and pro-actively following up on action items.
- Ensuring files and records are organized and maintained.
- Effective planning of travel.
Requirements
- This role requires minimum 5 years experience as an Executive Personal Assistant working in a corporate environment and preferably in the UAE construction industry.
- He/she must be well organized, able to prioritize tasks and have the ability to build relationships with the organizations key clients and the CEOs network.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Arabic are required.(ideally Jordanian or Lebanese Nationals preferred)
- He/she should have a high degree of maturity, self-confidence and have strong interpersonal skills.
- Solid IT skills are required, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
