Job description / Role
My client is part of an international group, looking for an Arabic speaking HR Director to join the business.
The main duties of the role will include:
Managing a small HR team
Working closely with the senior management team with strategic decisions
Employee Expenses
Hands on Recruitment
Training & Development
Performance Management
Set KPIs for individuals
360 feedback evaluations
Coaching sessions
Arranging events for employees as part of the engagement piece
HR Policies and Procedures
New joiners and leavers
Requirements
- 15 years experience of HR Management. Either you will be a senior HR Manager looking for a Director role or a HR Director looking for a new challenge
- Arabic speaking is essential
- Excellent communications skills - Both English and Arabic
- Must have come a multinational background - essential
- HR Qualifications essential - CIPD/Masters or equivalent
Salary
AED 30,000 - 45,000
