Job description / Role
Our client is a head office based in JLT have just moved into new offices which they require a full time Receptionist
- Meeting & Greeting visitors and VIP's
- Organizing refreshments for visitors
- Maintaining the reception area
- Liaising with the office manager on the facilities ordering stationary
- Maintaing all documents and records
- Preparing correspondence for Colleagues
- Answering in coming calls taking messages and transferring calls
- Organizing travel, flights, hotels bookings
Requirements
- Arabic & English
- Based on main reception so candidates must be well presented, corporate (not covered) clients requirement
- Female required
- IT literate in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Happy to be in a main reception alone
Salary & benefits
- 10,000 AED
- 9am - 6.30 Sun to Thursday
