The RoleThe RoleArabic Speaking AR/Credit Controller – 6 mths contract. Top Co! Great opportunity to add an MNC experience to your Credit Control career profile! You need to have substantial AR/Credit control experience, speak Arabic and be immediately available. You main responsibilities will include: Responsible for opening accounts for prospective customer in accordance with the company’s credit policy. Run and analyze debtor ageing report Monitor average debt collection period (days) Check all accounts on a weekly/monthly basis. Frequently contact customers who are unable or who are refusing to pay their debts. This may be done through writing, telephone or personal contact. Follow up, collection and allocation of payments. Carry out invoice dispatch to customers, reporting activities according to specific deadlines. Reconciliation of customer accounts. Preparation of collection cash forecast for each month in advance. Monitor the cash forecast for each month to plan collection targets. Monitoring customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities. Interact with commercial, stores and other departments of the organization to collect information and documents to enable collection of debts. Maintain accounts receivable customer files master data and ensure data is changed only with proper authorization. Follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash, etc. Process adjustments and credit notes after due to authorization. To manage the outstanding sales balances falling due and contact customers before the balances become overdue to confirm payments. Monitor credit limits. |
RequirementsRequirementsTo be successful you must be/have: Bachelor Degree + 2 years’ experience in a similar role Speak Arabic and be on husband/wife sponsorship visa Immediately available SAP knowledge Advance knowledge in finance software applications, databases and spreadsheets. |
