Employment: Full Time

On behalf our client an international online travel agency we are looking to recruit an Arabic Speaking Customer Service Agent. Reporting to the Area Manager you will be responsible for ensuring positive customer experience when dealing with the company, be the first point of contact to clients who have made a booking or who are willing to make a booking to the website, professional process sales, resolve customer issues and cross sell products.

Requirements

The successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE, have working knowledge of GDS, experience in the travel industry, e commerce-online experience is preferred and excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
