Arabic Speaking Executive Assistant

Job description / Role

Under the direct supervision of the Exec Director, the position provides highly efficient and effective executive assistance and office management support function in terms of tactical, strategic and operational management of the office; pro-actively manages the EDs office to make the best use of his time by dealing with efficient office administration tasks; and ensures to deliver standard support to the ED and entire authority.

Espouse best practice in administering business support services and customer service management.
Coordination with various internal & external government/private authorities locally.
Technical authority on various aspects of the call center administration.
Implementation of key program indicators (KPIs), key result areas (KRAs), policies and procedures, goals and objectives.
Cost-effective and efficient delivery of general office management and executive affairs assistance.
Accurate and timely delivery of government service excellence.
Compliance to Government Excellence mandate, the Code of Conduct; and,
Supports the UAE Nationals in their role towards best-practice.

Requirements

Any Bachelors degree along the areas of Business Administration.
Excellent administration of inbound and outbound call center services.
Quality of work in terms of planning and organizing, attention to detail, problem solving and resource utilization.
Teamwork, customer focus, and customer service excellence.
Work ethics and values.
Strong human and interpersonal skills.
Experience as a call center associates.
Solid organizational and time management skills.
Planning and project management.
Excellent administrative skills.
Positive outlook and clear focus on quality output and integrity.
Experience in technical and user-related aspects of a personal computer environment.
Over 2 yrs experience in all above processes.
