Arabic Speaking – Junior Security Project Manager

SALARY: AED 20,000/- + medical+ ticket
CANDIDATES MUST HAVE WORKED FOR BOTH SYSTEM INTEGRATORS/ CONSULTING FIRMS + CLIENT SIDE EXPERIENCE IS A MUST

The Arabic Speaking- Security Project Manager ensures that technical and consulting projects are delivered with the highest-quality. The scope of the projects might be technical implementation as well as organizational consulting. The Security Project Manager handles multiple projects the same time and takes care of a proper communication and tasks in the project between all involved parties. 100% smooth delivery of the projects is the goal for the Security Project Manager.

Minimum 5 years of total experience in Multidisciplinary IT or IT-Infrastructure Project Management. Highly competent in Project and Stakeholder Management Evidence of completing several project life cycles with ultimate accountability and responsibility as a project manager.

Responsibilities:
- Defines project requirements according to the PMO established standards (i.e., scope, schedule, resources, budget, deliverables, etc.)
- Manages and designs project work plans, resolves project issues, mitigates strategies for project risks and manages project resources
- Drives professional Change Management
- Schedules and leads customer meetings, steering committee, escalations
- Draws responsible for a 100% accurate communication of all parties in the project
- Ensures 100% customer satisfaction
- Uses tasks to match resources, define loading requirements and determine roles
- Works across program to interface with all constituents and get a basic understanding of most aspects of the program and share experience and best practices
- Monitors procedural compliance (i.e., issue tracking, scope management, etc.)

Requirements

Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related degree;
- Expert skills in Project Management
- PMP, PRINCE2 or similar formal PM certification preferred
- ITIL Accreditation (or relevant experience)
- Customer and Team-focused attitude
- Expert skills in usage of MS-Office, especially MS-Project
Outstanding Organizational Skills
- Exclusive focus and vast experience in IT
- Solid understanding of management systems, ISMS, BCMS, QMS
- Solid understanding in Information Security and its technical aspects/products
