Employment: Full Time

For this very well-respected and highly visible group of companies, we are seeking an extremely professional and experienced (Bilingual) Office Manager to assist the Vice Chairman. A market leader in the region. My client is one of the UAE’s leading holding companies with interests in financial, industrial, property development, general trading and oil & gas sectors and they pride themselves on the excellent working environment they provide for their employees.

You will be responsible for the overall management and running of the executive office of the Vice Chairman to follow up and coordinate the day to day flow of work that will consist of:
• Coordinate correspondence from all senior management.
• Board meetings preparations, minutes taking, documents keeping, translation, taking care of day-to-day running agenda for the V. Chairman for internal and external (delegates) requests
• Focal point between the executive office and the sub-holding staff for matters relate to the Vice Chairman.
• Follow up on legal deliverables between the company and the legal department upon the Vice Chairman’s request.
• Occasionally helps in the Private office.
• Handle mail/audit and administrative matters for the Vice Chairman related to company business.
• Handle all visitors and VIPS.
• Coordinates with Vice Chairman on a regular basis keeping him informed of all activities.
• Co-ordinate the preparation and dispatch of technical and non-technical reports, including recording due dates, drafting and typing routine covering letters and memos, ensuring timely dispatch and compilation of certain data of an administrative, financial or technical nature.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have a University Degree in a suitable subject and an office management diploma would be advantageous.
You will also have at least 6-8 years in office administration and management with at least 3 years in a senior position. Experience of working with a private office an advantage.
Most importantly you will be required to be flexible. I am only looking for extremely experienced and high caliber Arabic speaking candidates for this role. This is an exceptional opportunity with strong career prospects.
