Arabic Speaking Operations Manager at Top Concierge Services - Dubai
We are looking for a strong and dynamic manager who is a proven leader, a passionate people manager and thrives in fast-paced, change oriented environments. You will be key to establishing and then building our international travel and concierge team in our new Dubai office and play a key role in our wider strategic ambitions across our Asia-Pacific and global business.

- Fluency in Arabic and English are required. Excellent written & oral communication is a MUST. Fluency in other languages is highly regarded, but not mandatory. Please be prepared to take language test in any language you mention as a skill.
- Local knowledge of news & events, culture in the Middle East and other key markets across Asia is a plus.
- Computer literate to a high level and proficient with all Microsoft Office programmes (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Minimum 3 years experience managing a service delivery team of at least 6-8 people
- Proven capability to own and lead projects
- Seasoned in the development and execution of team and department-level strategies
- Knowledge of establishing and operating a business or branch office will be highly regarded
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Candidate must possess at least a degree from secondary education in any field
- Having knowledge and experience in working in the travel sector such as firsthand experience booking flights, hotels and making other travel reservations and have confidence in issuing tickets, making changes and amendments is a plus
- Concierge, customer service or call center experience will be preferred
- Posses at least one area of interest outside work (e.g. dining, travel)
- You must be flexible to work occasional evening and weekend shifts to support and crossover your team
