On behalf of our client, a global company involved in the construction sector with several prestigious projects in Saudi Arabia, we are recruiting an ARABIC SPEAKING Project Manager educated in West.

Aged 35 to 45, the successful applicant will have a Civil Engineering Degree and MEP experience with at least 10 years experience in high rise/ residential construction.

You will be responsible for ensuring project compliance with all corporate commercial practices and standards including the preparation of bid documents, estimation and tender approvals. You will facilitate coordination of internal designers and external contractors for the timely completion and submission of the project and will manage all day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.

You must have strong commercial acumen and fully understand the entire commercial side of projects from sales through to cost control. All applicants must be highly organised with strong client relationship building and management skills.

Applicants must have a Civil Engineering Degree and at least 10 years experience in high rise/residential construction.

You must understand basic revenue models, P/L, and cost-to-completion projections and make decisions accordingly.

Only those who are willing to be based in Jeddah, KSA will be considered.

As the projects are in Mecca, applicants must be Muslims.

Preference will be given to those who are Western Educated.

Fluent Arabic essential

Strong client relationship building and project management skills a must.
