Job description / Role
- First point of contact for all visitors
- Manage and distribute mail
- Manage meeting rooms
- Answer calls and provide excellent customer service
- Professional manner at all times
- Carry out Ad Hoc admin duties
Requirements
- Must be fluent Arabic and English speaking
- Previous reception experience would be desirable but not essential
- Expert with Word, Excel, Powerpoint and web search tools
- Excellent organisation skills
- Ability to interact professionally with culturally diverse staff, clients and consultants
