Our client a multi national company and leader in Asphalt Plants and associated machinery is looking to recruit an experienced Regional Sales Manager for their operations in the Middle East.
You will be responsible for new business development and maintaining existing business relationships with main contractors and sub contractors in the Asphalt industry across the MENA region, attend trade expos and visit client sites to promote the brand regionally.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience in dealing with long sales cycles, a strong technical appreciation for the industry, ideally from Asphalt or Construction materials and a proven track record in exceeding sales targets. You will possess a resilient and tenacious attitude to business, sales, negotiation and influencing the decision makers. Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic essential.
This role requires extensive travel to MENA region.
