The RoleThe RoleOne of my clients is looking for a Senior Consultant Strategy to join their team in Riyadh. As a Senior Consultant with the Strategy Consulting practice, you will: • Understand and clarify clients' needs; • Prepare project proposals and bids; • Manage projects, prepare deliverables, defend findings/ recommendations; • Manage client relationships, accounts and business development targets; • Coach and mentor junior consultants / business analysts for success; • Support Director/ Partner on practice development, project management, business and solution development and delivery; • Participate in thought leadership development and other marketing and business development activities. |
RequirementsRequirements• Preferably a MBA from a top ranked/ tier-1 international (North American/ European) University; • Minimum of 3-5 years related management consulting experience from a leading international consulting firm or a reputable in-house role; • A strong background/ expertise in corporate strategy development (M&A, entry, growth and expansion), organizational strategies, business planning; • Experience and understanding of the M.E/ GCC regions; • Industry experience in healthcare, education, consumer business, manufacturing preferred; • Great understanding of consulting products, tools, methodologies, systems and economics; • Proven business development abilities and demonstrated team development and project management skills; • Excellent written and verbal communication in English & Arabic; • Full travel mobility within the M.E/ GCC regions. |
