On behalf of our client an award winning multinational travel and leisure company we are looking to recruit an Arabic Speaking Travel Manager.
Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for managing requests inline with agreed deadlines, promoting the wider business to members, assist Team Leaders and Member satisfaction team when resolving customer care issues and gather member feedback from clients.
Requirements
The successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE, have 3 years experience in the leisure oriented side of business, hospitality, customer service or concierge services, be fluent in all areas of Arabic and have a general interest in the news and events culture of the UAE.
