The Role


One of the leading global names in luxury retail is currently looking to hire an Arabic speaking Store Manager for their Abu Dhabi store.

On a day to day basis you will be responsible for:

• Lead, Manage and develop a team of 10-15 staff and ensure their successful development within the business in order to ensure personal and business goals are achieved
• Assist in the strategy and development of business plans. Ensure plans are implemented effectively, expenditure and revenue targets are met, and Store growth is maintained
• Conduct competitor analysis, monitor and interpret trends, and capitalize on commercial opportunities in order to maximise sales
• Manage all areas of stock control. Work closely with the buying team in order to ensure supply and stock turnaround is achieved, and profits maximised
• Ensure the right policies, procedures and systems are in place and all areas are compliant with them
• Work closely with PR, Events and Marketing on promotional events. Analyse the effectiveness of promotional days and ensure high sales and increased profitability is achieved
• Conduct regular reports on the performance of the business for Senior Management

Salary - AED 25,000 per month + commission + benefits

Only Arabic speaking canddiates who have Store Management experience in the UAE with a luxury retailer will be considered for this position.

You will ideally have a minimum of 3 years experience and have a sound knowledge of the luxury retail market in the UAE.
