The RoleThe RoleObjective: This teacher must have excellent command of the Arabic Language and able to teach Islamic Studies also. Main responsibilities : Reach students who have varying degrees of knowledge of the Arabic Language. Construct lesson plans in Arabic and English to the Director. Design course syllabi in English and Arabic and submit to the Director. Reporting to : Director Subordinates : Assistant Director Number required : 1 Duration : 1-2 year contract Desired start date : August 26, 2012 Probation : 3 month Working hours : 6:45 am to 2:45 pm Travel requirements : none Gross monthly base salary : Riyals; Based on Experience and Degrees Other Benefits : Transportation Allowance; Housing if not living in Doha; Health Insurance. |
RequirementsRequirementsUniversity qualifications : Degree in Arabic/Islamic Studies or the equivalent Previous experience : 1-2 years classroom experience with middle and high school students. Specialist knowledge : Capable of working with students who have minimum knowledge of Arabic and Islamic studies. Other Skills : Able to conference with parents and students. Able to work with fellow teachers on different events at the school. Ideal Age Range : none Gender Preference : none Nationality Preference: No preference; must have excellent command of the Arabic Language and Islamic Studies Language Skills : Fluent in Arabic; some command of the English Language Current Residence : Doha, Qatar or nearby Middle East Country |
