Job description / Role
Dar Al Handasah Nazih Taleb & Partners Abu Dhabi Branch has an immediate opening for Architect / Authorities Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
Architectural design, preparation of tender drawings.
Liaison with Abu Dhabi authorities (mainly in the Building, Transportation & Infrastructure Sectors).
Procurement of NOC's and obtaining building permits from the various Authorities.
Preparation of Estidama submission.
Develop and maintain approval process charts for the various stakeholders.
Work closely with and assist the various business units to effectively consult and engage stakeholders on relevant projects.
Proactively identify stakeholder issues and act appropriately to address these issues and gain agreements with all parties to expedite the project.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
- Candidate should be bilingual Arabic & English.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Previous experience in dealing with UAE authorities and stakeholders.
- Highly developed people skills including influencing and maintaining good relationships.
- Team player, self-motivated and with high level organizational skills.
