The RoleThe RoleContinuing project growth has created this exceptional opportunity for an Architect Infrastructure & Landscape to join their UAE TEAM to support the growth and development of their projects in the Middle East. Our client seeks proven performers with significant experience in the Civil Engineering, Infrastructure, Construction and / or Telecommunications sectors. Reporting to the Design Unit Manager and working as part of the Delivery Project Management team, your responsibilities in the role will include: Leading the detailed design process for all architectural elements. Provision of engineering design solutions for Architectural design related issues, utilizing the design team of the Professional Services division, the implementation of new requirements and change requests from the projects. Maintaining both internal and external client relationships. Building code management. Material specifications. Maintaining quality control. Assistance in the management of cost and time control Management of the detailed design process from commencement to delivery, management of design consultants, writing technical specifications, scope of works, RFP documents for buildings, landscaping, etc.) |
RequirementsRequirementsEssential attributes include: B.Sc. or Masters Degree in Architecture is essential Minimum 7 - 10 years experience in Architectural design, with working knowledge and detailed design experience of Architecture & Landscape Implementation Good knowledge and experience of British and UAE codes and norms Experience with Sketch-Up, AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite is essential Experience working in the Middle East (UAE) is required Candidates with international consulting experience will be highly regarded A competitive expatriate package will be provided to attract the top candidates to the role.
