The Role


Our client is a Real Estate developer in the region now requiring Architects to join their growing team.

Main responsibilities is to assist on all architectural aspects of large scale Real Estate Development projects starting from the inception stage to handing over to client.

Requirements


Requirements


Minimum 10 years architectural experience.
Thorough knowledge about UAE Building Regulations
Expert in Building codes and its applications.
Exceptional talent in Evaluating Architectural aspects of Designs.
Adequate acquaintance on Quality control procedures of Design and Execution
Proficiency in contractual correspondences
Excellent skills in computer software of Graphics and Cad
Fair cognizance of current value engineering aspects
Sound and solid communication skills
Solid moral behavior and strong interpersonal relationship skills
Strong team leader attitude and highly motivated and enthusiastic individual
Inviting pre-qualifications from Architects and record the evaluation
Identifying the scope of works for outsourcing
Preparing Request for Proposal for the Building Projects
Preparing Tender addendum
Evaluating the RFP and recommendations
Endorsing the appointment of consultants
Evaluating Consultants Programme
Reviewing Consultant’s submittals of Drawings, Reports, Schedules and Specifications with assistance.
Attending consultants meeting
Attending meeting with Local Authorities.
Attending Site Meeting if necessary
Reviewing material sample boards and mock ups
Attending the Management meeting regarding the feasibility of Projects
Report to the management regarding progress of Project stages
Monitoring the Progress of Consultants performance.
Recommendations to Management regarding staff recruitments
Recommendations to Management regarding office equipment requirements
Responding to RFIs raised by Consultants
