RequirementsRequirementsJob Responsibilities: Bachelor in Architect with Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience. Architectural Design, Preparation of drawings for different stages of Projects including concept design, working drawings, quantity surveying as built drawings, detailing, cost management quality management, preparation of area calculation drawings for Municipality, Fire Brigade & MOE, presentations, site visits and taking measurements, coordination with the rest of disciplines, dealing with codes, standards and assistance and follow up to statutory approval process. |
