Good skills in CAD; 3DMAX ;Photoshop, etc.
Architecture designer Work experience more than 5 years
Design experience for projects implemented
Capability of making scheme design alone.
Requirements
1. Communication with client, collect the requirement and analyze, consulting and guide company to negotiate or discuss with customer about the building scheme
2. Output scheme design or blueprint based on customer’s requirement and project requirement
3. Structural designer can analyze the building structure, consulting material of local market ,make a conclusion of construction cost, guide company to make correct bidding price and delivery period
