Architectural Inspector

Job description / Role

This is a great opportunity to join the Construction Week Qatar Awards Winner of Consultant of the Year 2013.

This is a site based role and your main function will be to review and approve technical drawing submittals and coordinate with all engineering disciplines to deliver a world class project.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering or direct equivalent is the minimum level requirement for this role.
- Good command of both written and spoken English is a pre-requisite for this role.
- Preference will be given to those candidates with GCC experience and those that are currently based in GCC.

Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate the following:
- A 10 year plus professional architectural/inspection career.
- Experience of High-rise projects (20 storey +), conducting site inspections and associated reports.
- Completion of high-rise or high-spec (luxury hotels) projects through all phases of build.
- Progressive and stable career history.
