The RoleThe RoleObjective: Supervise and implement the Architectural Concept for Commercial as well as Residential Buildings & Hotels Main responsibilities: -Supervising and inspect the critical/important items of architectural work. -Managing work quality according to project contract, specification and approved shop drawing. -Arranging the required correspondence to contractor, consultant, Head office and the owner. - Attending the Weekly meeting between contractor, consultant and the owner and making meetings with the contractor at the Site Reporting to : General Manager Subordinates : Site Engineers & MEP Team Other interactions : Client , Contractors Number required : 1 Duration : Full time Desired start date : immediate Probation : 6 months Working hours : Sat-Thu,8:00 to 5:00 Travel requirements : No Gross monthly base salary : - 15,000 AED inclusive all Commission / Bonus : - Other Benefits : - |
