Architectural Resident Engineer

Job description / Role

Objective:
Supervise and implement the Architectural Concept for Commercial as well as Residential Buildings & Hotels

Main responsibilities:
-Supervising and inspect the critical/important items of architectural work.
-Managing work quality according to project contract, specification and approved shop drawing.
-Arranging the required correspondence to contractor, consultant, Head office and the owner.
- Attending the Weekly meeting between contractor, consultant and the owner and making meetings with the contractor at the Site
Reporting to : General Manager
Subordinates : Site Engineers & MEP Team
Other interactions : Client , Contractors

Duration : Full time

Probation : 6 months
Working hours : Sat-Thu,8:00 to 5:00
Travel requirements : No
Gross monthly base salary : - 15,000 AED inclusive all

Requirements

University qualifications : Bsc Architectural Engineering
Previous experience : 15 -20 years experience
Specialist knowledge : AUTOCAD , ,Photoshop,Prima Vera,Project pro ,Microsoft Software
Other Skills : Should be Decision maker,detail oriented, organised with effective verbal and written communication skills
Ideal Age Range : 40-45
Gender Preference : Male
Nationality Preference: Any
Language Skills : English must
