Our client is a leading Middle Eastern Construction / Property company.
They have an urgent requirement for an Architectural Technician
Water proofing details
Door / Window details
Cladding details
Curtain glazing details
Block work details
Tiling details
Reflected ceiling details
Edge conditions
Steel details
Tanking details
Standard drawing notations / symbols
He / she should attend meetings, site meetings and manage a team of technicians and manage the site.
He / she should be able to do full Architectural documentation process.
He / she should be able to provide Gantt chart and programmes.
Previous Middle East work experience is desirable, but not essential.
Requirements
15 years and above experience.
He / she should know software like AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office & MS Project.
He / she should be able to detail drawings / detail packages.
