The Company
My client is one the largest retail companies in the Middle East and has impressive head quarters in Kuwait. They are looking for impressive individuals to join the business as an Area HR Manager.

The Role
As an Area HR Manager you will liaise closely with key stakeholders and work on the implementation and operational management and delivery of the policies, procedures and processes that support the respective Divisions. You will act as a HR interface between the Store Management and the Employees of the respective Divisions and demonstrate key HR behaviours and values.

Requirements

The Person

The ideal candidate:

A minimum of 5 years experience as a Senior HR generalist or HR Manager - essential
Experience within a retail/food related sector - highly desirable
Excellent communication skills - essential
University Degree - essential
My client will consider candidates from the GCC or English Speaking Countries

Salary
AED 1500 - 1800 KD
