Area HR Manager - Madeena

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Saudi HR professional to join the True Leader in the Construction Industry. The position will be reporting to HR Director.

1. Develop and implement HR Operations Plan for the region in line with HR Strategy.
2. Ensure implementation of approved HR policies in the region.
3. Lead & motivate whole HR Madeena Area team effectively in order to maintain good working relation and expected result could be achieved.
4. Implement appropriate coaching, monitoring and training’s to departmental staff & labor to increase their skill set and productivity.
5. Establish effective communication & coordination between HR and other department by the involved staff by achieving mutual assigned in line with central office, Jeddah.
6. Coordinate with the Project Directors & Sr. Construction Managers as required to facilitate the HR needs and requirements of the Project.
7. Participate, Monitor & Control the manpower planning of Madeena Area Projects (mobilization and demobilization plans) as developed by the Project Managers and coordinate with PCS department for the Projects histogram.
8. Ensure that Coordinate, plan and implement with project managers to ensure staff and labor travel as per annual vacation program accordingly.
9. Oversees plans and executes various training programs for all disciplines in accordance with the business needs.
10. Coordinate with Project Team Madeena area for current and future manpower needs and maintain Saudization percentage as required by labor ministry with the coordination of central office HRD.
11. Support all projects in the area with the right HR functional positional structure in line with coordination of central office, Jeddah.
12. Formulate, develop and implement SOPs – Standard Operating Procedure in accordance with approved HR Policies.
13. Assign specific tasks to subordinates to ensure progress within the projected programs and approved budgets.
14. Oversee and control, coordinate and ensure that subcontractors are fulfilling their contractual obligations with regards to SBG-PBAD sponsored staff.
15.Implementation & execution of HR Policies & Procedures approved by HR Department, Central Office & Jeddah and ensure its effectiveness, through consistent desired result.
16.Ensure all payroll variables have been updated in timely manner accordingly.
17.Take directions from central office regarding business policies, procedures, regulations, from HR Director and provide reports as required.
18. Improve retention of long term perspective local nationals and develop their skill trough “Employee Engagement Program” and career with Organization
Development section.
19. Provide necessary support to Madeena Area Project requirements and compile reports to maintain communication with the Area Director as required.
20. Monitor, improve and facilitate workforce productivity initiatives comply in accordance with the vision of Central Office, Jeddah.
