Job description / Role
- Be overall responsible for Health & Safety in the plant and all the job sites in area where BU is supplying.
- Make a proper market mapping of his area.
- List all the existing/potential customers and segment them as per their size of projects.
- Make weekly appointment plan in CRM.
- Meet customers for new orders, provide service of existing orders, perform site visits & collection of payment on a regular basis as per weekly plan and update CRM with Summary Highlights.
- Send regular reports on market information to SM.
- Compile and send daily routine production reports to Head Office.
- Make schedule of delivery and coordinate with Operations Supervisor for allocation or re-allocation of trucks & pumps.
Requirements
- Graduate degree holder; technical background is an advantage.
- Quality experience in sales & marketing.
- Good knowledge of operations and experience in running a ready-mix concrete plant.
- Well conversant with emails, enterprise applications and MS Word & Excel.
- Have a pleasing personality and to establish rapport with customers easily.
- Fluent in both written & spoken English, Arabic spoken & written is a plus.
