Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The Role:

Managing a team, you will be responsible for service education related training activities, the design and implementation of awards programmes and managing internal communications activities to involve, engage and inform all staff across the GCC.

Specific responsibilities include:

* Writing service education articles for publishing
* Developing mechanisms to ensure employees are rewarded as per agreed timelines
* Designing and managing the GCS Roadshow every year by writing content, coordinating with designers and printers and overseeing the flow of the roadshow
* Managing the intranet including design, content and technical functions, to ensure that it is informative, relevant, accurate and consistent
* Monitoring the effectiveness of existing rewards programmes, existing internal communications, budgets, guidelines and procedures; recommend plan revisions and introduces new plans that are cost effective and consistent.

Requirements

* Experience in managing multi-cultural teams
* Excellent presentation skills
* Strong communication skills with both English and Arabic language skills
* Ability to design and work with designing software such as Adobe Illustrator and InDesign would be an added advantage.
