The Role


The Role


Achieves brand's yearly Business Plan for all stores, as a minimum, through development of the operational delivery of the brand offer in all Alshaya Markets, gathering marketing intelligence to position operations competitively.

Maximises sales in all stores through coaching and performance management of Store Managers in the areas of scheduling, availability, layouts, promotions and customer service.
Constantly reviews sales improvement practice, plans and initiatives.
Gathers marketplace feedback and on the ground competitor intelligence for product, price, location, offer, activity and promotions in all Alshaya Markets.
Feeds back to office team to assist in improving the brand offer.
Minimises costs in all stores through coaching and performance management of store management in control of salary, shrinkage and all other controllable costs.
Controls store administration through coaching and performance management of store management in company cash and stock reconciliation and personnel procedures.
Controls maintenance and health and safety in all stores through coaching and performance management of store management in best practice and company procedures for maintenance and health and safety.
Maximises the potential of store management and staff through coaching and performance management. Ensures all vacancies are filled with appropriately qualified individuals.

Requirements


Requirements


Minimum 5 years of experience in Retail.
Knowledge in Retail Operations is essential.
Must have Commercial understanding.
High school diploma.
