Job description / Role
- Reporting to the Business Director and working for a multinational niche fragrance brand, your primary responsibilities will be to:
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for a niche fragrance brand across retailers in the GCC
- Set the sales forecasts per account and per region and achieve the set sales and profitability targets
- Build and manage a very strong relationship with retailers and distributors in the GCC
- Expand Points of Sales and increase market share in the region
- Maximize revenue by ensuring visibility, stock management and sales staff management
Requirements
- 5 + years sales experience in the region with experience selling into retailers such as Paris Gallery, Al Tayer, Alshaya etc
- Experience in the beauty sector is preferred
- A strong understanding of luxury
- Very driven, highly commercial and willing to take on a challenge to significantly increase sales and market share
- Fluency in Arabic and/or French would be a plus
