Your main tasks will be:
Responsible for maximising sales, controlling cost and maintaining the company image standards.
Responsible to develop a retail business strategy to achieve sales of the retail fashion brands throughout the GCC.
Providing input to Operation Manager in order to develop retail activities within the GCC.
Preparing retail stores forecast of sales for Operation Managers review.
Have regular store visit and constantly monitor the sales team performance using performance indicators.
Ensuring that historical & trend analysis are in line with the Merchandise Buying team.
Implementing Retail SOP at all times.
Ensuring the store layouts, merchandising standards and promotional activities are in line with the company standards.
In charge of management of multiple stores along with Assistant Area Manager.
Handle the recruitment of the sales team.
Initiate and organize customer service and sales training programme.
Conducting performance appraisals of the sales team.
Responsible for annual leaves consolidation of the sales team.
Providing input in visual standards and marketing initiatives.
Performing store audits with assistance of Assistant Area Manager.
Responsible to analyse inventory results with Warehouse Manager, take corrective decision for the result and monitor improvement.
Preparing weekly sales reports and hamac monthly newsletter.
Responsible for coordination with Mall Management, designers and contractors for new stores opening with respect to deadlines and being cost effective
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong Retail Background for more than 5 years.
Experience in managing several retail stores
Degree in business, sales, marketing or related field.
Analytical skill set and presentation skills.
Be able to work under pressure.
Should be a confident person, planning and organizing the branches of work in the area.
The ability to drive and manage change.
The ability to create opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness.
Is self-motivated and also have ability to motivate others.
