One of the leading international retailers is currently looking to recruit an Area Manager to join their team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maximise sales and profitability.
- Oversee operations for all stores.
- Contribute towards business improvement projects.
- Manage, motivate and develop your team.
- Maintain good working relationship with key contacts and clients
- Ensure that the brand's operational standards are met
- Train and develop new staff

Requirements

- Experience in a large, fast paced retailer ideally sports or fashion background
- Inspirational leadership skills with the ability to energise and motivate
- Have a proven track record of driving KPIs through your people
- Have a strong product and market awareness.
- Have the ability to multitask and work successfully to time restraints.
