Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Duties and Responsibilities:

•Responsible for maximizing sales, controlling costs and maintaining the company image standards.
•Assist in developing a retail business strategy to achieve sales of the retail brands throughout Egypt.
•Provide input to GM- Retail Division in order to develop retail activities within Egypt.
•Prepare retail store forecast of sales for GM’s review.
•Have regular store visits and constantly monitor the sales team performance using performance indicators.
•Implement Retail SOP at all times.
•Responsible for the analysis of inventory results with the Stock Controller and take corrective measures where necessary while monitoring improvement.
•Ensure store layouts, merchandising standards and promotional activities are in line with the company standards.
•Provide input in visual standards and marketing initiatives.
•In charge of the management of the stores.
•Oversee the store managers to ensure paperwork is completed correctly and on time (eg. Monthly overviews, daily/weekly reports)
•Handle the recruitment of the sales team.
•Initiate and organize customer service and sales training programs.
•Conduct performance appraisals of the sales team.
•Responsible for annual leave consolidation of the sales team.
•Perform store audits.
•Ability to support future growth of the stores and brands.

Requirements

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•GCC retail experience is a must
•Should have experience with Apparel or Fashion categories
• Analytical and presentation skills
• Be able to work under pressure
•Should be a confident person, planning and organizing the branches of work in the area
•The ability to drive and manage change
•The ability to create opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness
• Is self-motivated and also have the ability to motivate others
