Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Meet monthly Power and TC revenue, profit and forecast targets.
• Maximize Sales opportunities and performance through depot employees to achieve revenue targets.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals for each enquiry and tailor them specifically to the customer’s requirements.
• Develop a network of contacts within customers and industries specified.
• Work closely and communicate effectively with each of the Middle East Area Managers and with all the AME Jebel Ali support departments.
• Submit monthly management reports to the Area General Manager.
• Prepare and submit monthly revenue forecast to the Area General Manager.
• Ensure all depots implement and adhere to AME ISO 9001:2000 processes and all QHSE policies and procedures.
• Ensure the efficient operation of the depots, manage the fleet availability and minimize under Repairs equipment.
• Control costs within published guidelines and authority levels.
• Liaison with the Agents (Dopet) for effective and efficient business practices and development.

Requirements

• Able to work in demanding conditions and travel when the business demands
• Several years experience in customer service delivery, and customer relationship management in the Middle East
• Excellent communication skills, able to deal at all levels of organizations
• An entrepreneurial extrovert who excels at developing customer relations and networking
• Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of contracts
• Knowledge of Oil & Gas, EPC, Utilities and Engineering sectors
• Business developer who can plan and deliver end goals
• Self-starter, self motivated who can work on own initiative
• Numerate, computer literate, understand P&L’s
• Must be a team player and goal achiever
• Knowledge of Electrical Engineering preferable
