Area Manger Aftersales Automotive (KSA, GCC National Preferred)

A leading multinational automotive organization is seeking to recruit a Area Section Manager, Aftersales Field Force. You will be directly reporting to the AS Field Force Manager. This position will be based in KSA

JOB PURPOSE:
Manage relationships with dealerships to deliver aftersales targets in assigned territory within KSA, achieving both commercial objectives as well as service quality

Key Accountabilities
- Capturing dealership input on target setting process
- Communicating targets, pricing program, inventory recommendations, and dealership standards
- Conducting frequent site visits and performance dialogs with dealerships
- Utilization of Kaizen tool
- Completion of the annual CS
- Ensure the implementation of action plans
- Proposing dealership promotions and campaigns to Marketing teams
- Recommending training programs to improve Aftersales and service performance to DND and CQ team
- Assessing changes to network strategy to DND and CQ team
- Collaborate with Sales Area Manager on managing dealership relations including sharing observations, coordinating calendars, and agreeing on dealership approach
- Coordinate with DND and CQ team to ensure completion of dealership trainings and audits
- Collaborate with Sales and Aftersales team from other territories to share best practices and provide support where required

Communication and working relationship:
- Companys Sales, Aftersales, DND and CQ, and Marketing teams
- KSA dealerships aftersales management

Requirements

- Frequent travel across KSA with minimum 4 out of 5 days in the field per week
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years work experience, with 2 years in automotive aftersales supervisory role
- Experience in KSA/GCC, automotive sector, and building new teams/organizations
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic required GCC National preferred

Driver's license: Required for the job

Gross Package / Month 21000 aed plus benefits
