Area Parts Manager - Al Futtaim Honda - Sharjah

Al-Futtaim Honda, part of the Automotive Division of Al-Futtaim Group, is the sole distributor for Honda vehicles, pre-owned cars, motorcycles, marine engines, power products and parts. Recognized as one of the largest independent Honda distribution companies in the world.

Al-Futtaim Honda is supported by a network of 10 modern showrooms and 11 aftersales facilities located across the UAE. The flagship Honda Dubai Festival City showroom was officially confirmed by Honda as the largest Honda showroom in the world.

We are looking to recruit an experienced Area Parts Manager to develop and implement plans to achieve business objectives for Honda Parts in Sharjah. The main purpose of the role is to ensure a high level of revenue, gross margin, net profit and customer satisfaction.

The main responsibilities of this role are as follows:
- Net sales, gross margin and net profits in accordance with the targets / budgets on a daily, monthly and yearly basis.
- Capturing customers records with regards to their business activities, developments, potential needs and requirements.
- Ensuiring optimum stock availability and stock order planning.
- Providing assistance to the Sales and Service departments in order to maximize sales.
- Reviewing the team's KPIs achievement and actions in order to improve performance.
- Improving Customer Service values by reviewing internal processes and implementing valuable changes in coordination with the National Parts Manager.
- Performance Development Plan of the team by means of monthly, mid-year and year end reviews.
- Ensuring QHSE Management System requirements and SOPs are implemented in the area of responsibility.
- Ensuring customer / associate engagement is enhanced and ensuring customer complaints are resolved through taking necessary action.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
Engineering Degree or Equivalent.

Minimum Experience:
Minimum 5 years in Automotive industry with 3 years related experience as Parts Manager.
