FAMCO is an ISO 9001:2008 & ISO 14001:2004 certified company.We are looking to recruit an Area Sales Manager - Air Solutions for our operation's in Dubai  The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing Industrial compressed air products and sales activities within the Dubai area of UAE where FAMCO has business.Your accountabilities and job profile include the following;  * Contributing to the achievement of revenue, unit sales and customer engagement through effective sales process management, increasing customer retention and efficient distribution strategy.* Seek out and target new customers and new sales opportunities, initiate action plans to approach and secure new business for the Division.* Proactively manage customer requirements for on-time delivery taking into account lead-times, product specification changes and customer demand.* Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with key contacts within the Compressed Air sectors BOP (Blow of Pressure) Materials Handling Equipment sector.* Able to manage every element of the sales process on an individual level including the non engineered projects.* Able to work and operate successfully within an operational management matrix structure while maintaining Franchise and FAMCO distributor standards, utilising existing account management processes and reporting systems* Collaborate closely with the OEM (original equipment manufacturer) partners and product marketing managers on developing new products and services for our clients and end users. |
RequirementsRequirementsThe selected candidate will have the following skills and qualifications; * Either a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering* A sound knowledge and working experience of Industrial compressed Air products* A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role Â* Distributor and dealer experience sales driven: customer focused: territory management: product knowledge* A high level of communication skills |
