Job description / Role
Our client, a multinational beauty business, is looking for an Arabic-speaking Area Sales Manager to lead distributors and manage commercial activities across pharmacy chains in the GCC.
Reporting to the Sales Director, your primary responsibilities will be to:
- Manage the sell-in and sell-out as well as all commercial deals with the pharmacy chains across the GCC
- Manage the trade marketing activities with key accounts such as product launches, promotions, brand visibility and in-store events
- Maintain a strong relationship with distributors in the GCC and work very closely with the Brand Managers to ensure successful execution of the business plan
- Business Analysis: analyse the profitability of the brand per store/country, stock analysis and forecasts, generate sales reports , competitor analysis
Requirements
- Experience selling into pharmacy chains preferably in the dermo-cosmetics field
- Fluency in English & Arabic
- Must open to regular travel in the region
- Proven track record in growing a business and managing key accounts/distributors
- Must have a strong personality with excellent influencing skills
