Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

1. Reports to the Head of Exports, must be a professional who shares the same passion as we do for Customer Excellence.
2.Penetrate untapped market opportunities in assigned countries.
3. Forecast monthly sales plan, get it approved by head of exports and management and achieve sales targets on a constant basis.
4. Coordinate planning and execution of direct marketing activities jointly with foreign distributors to achieve targeted performance of our Brand and also provide support for distributors.
5. Conduct regular market visits to study market dynamics, competitive environment, product movement and performance, distributor performance etc. and report to Head of exports.
6. Follow up payments (letter of credit, cash against documents, bank guarantee, and in advance transfers) and co-ordinate with finance department.
7. Must be familiar with the local regulations, business practices, market environment, documentation requirements of assigned countries in MENA region.
8. Arrange for registration of trademarks of products and all other documents in export countries.
9. Clarify any special requirements from customers and relate back to concerned department.
10. Continuously look forward for new business opportunities.
11.Follow up on customer order shipment until delivery for effective customer service.
12.Ensure good customer relationship management / regular status update.
13. Ensure alignment with supply chain and inclusion of export orders in the monthly forecast for procurement, production and dispatch.
14. Manage customer complaints, follow up internally, make effective communication with customers and address complaints to the satisfaction of customers.
15. Co-ordinate with concerned departments, Head of exports, Finance in quality claim or other similar situations and handle the matter to solve in fair and equitable manner.

Requirements

1. Graduate in Marketing as major. An MBA will be an added advantage.
2. 5-10 years working experience in a similar role.
3. Computer expertise especially in MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Good knowledge of clearance operations in MENA countries.
5. Good knowledge of sales & marketing, inventory management, planning and organizing skills.
6. Good oral and written communication skills.
7. Fluency in Arabic Language (Compulsory).
8. A hands on work ethics with CAN DO attitude, exhibiting our core values – COURAGE, ACCOUNTABILITY, NETWORKING, DRIVE and ONENESS
