Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

To perform sales activities within a specified geography, or market segment to achieve the set sales target/s. Responsible for maintaining productive team and customer relationships as well as ensuring Best Practices are applied in all sales related activities.

1) Manage inspection of Marine/ Oilfield / Industrial & Mobile equipment, estimation, techno-commercial proposal, sales negotiation, contract execution, invoicing & collection. Responsible for maintaining the profitability of contract & increasing revenues on regular contracts. In short effectively target & manage related Sales & Service Contracts.

2) Develop sales plans, activities for an assigned geography, product line, market segment, or list of customer accounts.

3) Prepare sales forecasts and budgets, monitor sales volume, revenues, and costs against forecasts.

4) Negotiate sales with existing and new customers who are of strategic importance to the company.

5) Contribute to the development of sales and customer retentions.

6)Working closely with the sales team to improve and achieve the sales activities targets.

7) Managing major Hydraulics brands.

Requirements

- Graduate Mechanical Engineer with Sales & Applications background with minimum of 5 to 10 yrs experience in Hydraulics equipment and its applications in Marine / Oilfield / Industrial & Mobile markets.
- Well versed with the Key Business process in an Engineering industry more specific to Sales & Marketing.
- High level of computer skills and advanced knowledge of SAP working system.
- Flexible attitude with ability to work in a multinational environment.
- Responsible, able to make decisions independently, and capable of working under pressures and meeting deadlines/excelling targets.
- Customer oriented and proactive.
- Performance-driven entrepreneurial marketing professional.
- Fluent in English language with very good communication skills.
- Adherence to the company Quality, Code of Conduct, Values and Ethical behaviours.
