KSA Area Sales Manager Modern & Traditional Trade

Our client, a multinational FMCG company providing wide range of products and services worldwide is looking for an Area Sales Manager - KSA to join their growing team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The role is responsible for the overall planning, direction and performance of the Middle East (Saudi) sales force and for achieving maximum return on invested capital. Coordinates the efforts of Sales Managers and contributing to their development, together with marketing, customer retention, pricing and distribution strategies for the region while advancing the Corporate Vision, Mission & Values philosophy. Represents the company to its customers and demonstrates a willingness to develop and extend organizational capabilities which contribute to sustained performance and growth.

Requirements

- Ideal candidate should have at least ten years of sales experience in FMCG industry and must have experience of working in Saudi Arabia or at least has very good knowledge of the country and its complexities.
- Must have experience managing a team.
- Preferably Arabic speaker.
- Prior experience of distributor management is essential.
- With strong background in Key Account Management and Van Sales & Journey planning experience.
- Preferably MBA degree holder.
