Area Sales Manager - Qatar

The Area Sales Manager is a senior role, responsible for the company representation and business activities in Qatar, one of the most important and dynamic markets in the Middle East. The key part of the role is building strong relationships with clients, identification of new business opportunities, delivering effective presentations and managing individual projects. The role requires strong product and commercial understanding, the ability to plan for the future, and the drive to achieve strong sales growth. You must be self-motivated and very well organized individual with the capacity to offer excellent customer services.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
- Professional representation of the company in Qatar
- Achieving assigned sales and profit targets in the designated markets
- Identifying and reaching out of potential business opportunities and contacts
- Developing effective working relationships with customers through regular meetings
- Actively following business leads and identifying new sales opportunities
- Regularly maintaining contacts data and business activities records in the SAP CRM
- Preparing and delivering professional presentations to perspective and regular clients
- Negotiating the most favorable commercial and contractual conditions, as well as suitable delivery and payment terms for the employer through proper understanding of the project background and clients needs and requirements
- Undertake regular project reviews with all involved in these processes to ensure transfer of information
- Monitor sales data and accounts performance
- Manage and solve various conflicts with the business partners to mutual satisfaction
- Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that meet our company standards

Requirements

- Proven track records in sales and client management in the FF&E contract business across the GCC (preferably Qatar)
- Ability to travel intensively and build effective business relationships throughout GCC
- Strategic Thinking
- Project management experience
- A well-organized, process orientated and positive approach
- Financial Competence
- Excellent verbal and written presentation skills in English (Arabic language will be an added advantage but is not mandatory)
