Area Sales Manager

Job description / Role

Salary: AED 28,000 - 32,000 (Per Month) plus Bonus

Edge Resourcing are currently seeking dynamic, strategic and performance orientated Area Sales Manager to join a luxury retail brand, based in Dubai. Responsible for all markets in the Middle East outside of the UAE, you will be responsible for managing distributor relationships; increasing market share, brand awareness, and designing and implanting the local strategy in partnership with the Sales Director.

The successful candidate will:
- Take responsibility for the Commercial performance of the Brand.
- Lead the growth in line with the market strategy.
- Support the retailers by developing an annual action plan and follow up.
- Define the strategy for prospective new opening opportunities.
- Develop a strategy for product assortment, slow moving stock. Training, CRM, Events etc
- Implement international brand guidelines and develop training methods on a local basis.
- Ensure a competitor insight across products, pricing, and network development.
- Identify new clients within your market.

Requirements

Experience in a luxury retail environment working in a similar capacity. Pro-active mindset with the ability to demonstrate strong market knowledge and awareness throughout the Middle East.

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail, with the capacity to work in a multi-national environment. Able to respond promptly to customer needs, and present information to managers, generate suggestions for improving work and develops innovative approaches and ideas.
