My client is seeking an exceptional sales professional to head up operations in Ghana, West Africa. This business is a global multinational in every sense of the word. When I speak to team members at the regional office in Dubai, I get a strong sense of their long term vision, excitement around the growth prospects within the region and a strong family feel, which is something they clearly hold in high regard.
Based in Ghana and responsible for the team on the ground, you will manage all key accounts within the surrounding region, appoint and manage distributors and develop the business. Excellent networking, communication and negotiation skills are essential, as well as the ability to report remotely into a Sales Director based in Dubai.

In addition to all of the above, for this position, we require an independent and autonomous entrepreneur. Someone who can work remotely, open up new regions and act as a regional expert.

To be considered for this opportunity you will have around 8-10 years of strong sales experience, preferably within the automotive/ FMCG or manufacturing industries. You will have previous experience working in Africa or be willing to relocate to the region.
