The Role


The Role


Objective:
To successfully run and manage all aspects of the Abu Dhabi Branch

Main Responsibilities:
Responsible for all the day to day activities associated with running the Abu Dhabi Branch. The key interface is between the Division Management and the various divisions of Dubai branch. The Area Manager is expected to treat the branch as a business and run it accordingly maintaining the company standards and liaising closely with the broader team.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
General management, sales, marketing, customer service, profit and loss, sounds financial performance for branch by maximizing sales and revenue and minimizing costs in different departments.
Direct team of professionals, skilled and unskilled workers
To impose and maintain high levels of health
Prepare and deliver budget activities
To oversee employment, training and activity of workforce
To comply, establish and realize performance objectives for all departments
Maintenance of suitable business infrastructure capable of servicing customer needs

Reporting to: Divisional Area Manager
Subordinates: Team of professionals, skilled and unskilled workforce
Other interactions: Wide company divisions
Number required: 1
Duration: Permanent position
Desired start date: April
Probation: 3 months
Working hours: Sunday - Thursday 8am - 5pm
Travel requirements: Occasional travel to Dubai
Gross monthly base salary: 21,000 Dhs per month
Commission / Bonus: Company incentives

Requirements


Candidates should have at least 5 years UAE experience in a similar role, working with company selling construction equipment.

Candidates should come from an engineering background, B.Sc. Engineering with technical sales experience.

Valid UAE driving license
NOC must be available
Candidates should already live in Abu Dhabi or be prepared to move to Abu Dhabi for this role.
