Traffic Digital are seeking to appoint a mid-weight Content Art Director
Traffic is based in JLT, Dubai with a large production facility in Karachi. The company was founded in 2009 and now has over 85 full time staff making it the largest independent digital agency in the Middle East region.
The company was originally formed to provide web development services, but other services such as Social Media, e-marketing, Content Development and Maintenance Retainers have organically and significantly grown the agency.
The Content division now urgently requires a mid-weight Art Director to work with a talented creative team producing work for clients such as Unilever, PwC, GE and many more.
The work varies greatly from developing advertising banner ads to social media posts and promotional microsites to APPs.
Every applicant should be able to work quickly and independently, but should also be able to contribute to team situations such as brainstorming new concepts.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a young person to grow quickly with an experienced management team working on global brands.

Reporting To: Senior Art Director
Location: JLT, Dubai
Working Hours/Days: Sunday - Thursday 9am - 6pm
Contract Type & Period: Unlimited
Monthly Remuneration: AED10-15,000/month depending on experience
Requirements
- Min 5 years developing online concepts for use in Social Media and Digital Activations
- Proficient across a range of software
- Experience producing all Digital Marketing assets from advertising to social media posts
- Extremely well organised with a strong ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Career focused with a strong passion to succeed
- Confident & outgoing with excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent English verbal and written communication
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment under pressure
- Ability to do the best in everything you put your mind to
- Ability to work on own initiative and be responsible in doing so
- A fast learner and the ability to self train oneself
- Strong analytical skills
