AED Competitive Package
Work with the Executive Director of the Culture Sector to ensure that the mission of the department is articulated and communicated in a consistent manner. The successful candidate will be responsible for the project development and implementation strategies of the Arts Department in partnership with the Museum's Department, local institutions, and the local community. You will design, develop and implement awareness and public programs for the Culture Sector, to manage all activities and events translating the Sectors' vision.

Requirements
- UAE's cultural environment and a general appreciation of the range of approaches used to ensure effective implementation of approaches and solutions
- Civil Service Law/UAE Labor Law
- Knowledge of leading an institution or organization through a period of dramatic change or expansion
- Public engagement activities, exhibitions development and audience segmentation and evaluation
- Strategic thinking and planning

- Communication & Relationship Management
- English & Arabic Language Skills
- Technical Arabic & English (letter writing, contract drafting etc.)

Preferred:
- A Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Visual Arts, Art History, Curatorial Studies or Museum Studies;
- Master's degree is preferred
- A minimum of 8 - 10 years of relevant experience and including 4 years of experience in a Managerial role.
